Seminar: The Wizard of Oz
When Dorothy left Kansas for Oz, she took generations of viewers with her on her dazzling Technicolor adventure to get back home.
Despite a troubled and lengthly production that went through multiple directors and replaced several cast members, the now iconic film was critically acclaimed and nominated for six Academy Awards. Follow the Yellow Brick Road to this seminar with film critic Monica Castillo where we will take a look back at the life, legacy and staying power of one of MGM's most famous movie musicals.
