Three free outdoor screenings on the Greenway this summer

This summer, we're once again taking our popular Science on Screen series on the road for free, outdoor 35mm screenings!

In partnership with the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy, we're screening three films introduced by local scientists at sunset on The Greenway at Milk Street and Atlantic Avenue on three Wednesdays throughout the summer! No ticket purchase or reservation needed.

THE MUMMY (1999)

Wednesday, June 21 at 8:00pm (rain date: Thursday, June 22)

Before the screening, Brown University archaeologist and Egyptologist Dr. Laurel Bestock will discuss her own archaeological field work in Egypt.

Wednesday, July 12 at 8:00pm (rain date: Thursday, July 13)

Before the screening, STEM educator and entrepreneur Barnas Monteith will talk about the surprising biochemistry behind the Jurassic Park films, and his time with Jack Horner, the inspiration/advisor behind the book and films.
