New Vaccination Policy Begins September 3

We care deeply about the well-being and safety of our audiences and staff. With that in mind, we are updating our health and safety policies to require proof of full vaccination* or a negative COVID test for all screenings and events at the Theatre.

Beginning on Friday, September 3, you will need one of the following items to gain entry to the theatre:

  • Physical vaccination card
  • Photo of vaccination card, on phone or printed (photo must be legible)
  • Digital vaccination record
  • Negative COVID-19 test result (PCR only, within 72 hours)
  • A Photo ID may be requested

Children under 12 who cannot yet be vaccinated may attend accompanied by a fully-vaccinated adult, and they must also wear a mask. Our existing mask policy (masks required unless seated in a theatre and consuming food and drink) will remain in place.

Earlier this year, the Coolidge upgraded its HVAC with high MERV-rated, Continuous Infectious Microbial Resistance (CIMR) technology.

If you have a ticket for a screening on Friday, September 3 (or beyond) but are unable to comply with this new policy, please contact us at info@coolidge.org for a refund. Going forward, we will not provide refunds if you show up at the Theatre without proof of vaccination or negative test result.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we continue to navigate the ever-changing COVID landscape.

*Full vaccination means two weeks after the final dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two weeks after the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
