Actor Christine Elise will join us for this special screening of the classic horror sequel!

The notorious killer doll with the satanic smile comes back to life in this new chapter depicting the terrifying struggle between young Andy Barclay and the demonic doll attempting to possess his soul. Despite being roasted to a crisp in his last escapade, Chucky rises from the ashes after being reconstructed by a toy factory to dispel the negative publicity surrounding the doll. Back in one piece, Chucky tracks his prey to a foster home where the chase begins again in this fiendishly clever sequel to the enormously popular original.

About Christine Elise McCarthy

Christine Elise McCarthy has been acting professionally for over 30 years and is recognized primarily for her roles as Kyle, the gal who killed Chucky in Child’s Play 2. returned to f*ck with the Chuck some more in Cult of Chucky and appears in several episodes of the 2021 fall season of the SYFY & USA series Chucky.  She is also known for U4EA-popping bad girl, Emily Valentine, on Beverly Hills, 90210, a role she reinvented (playing a heightened version of herself) on the 2019 Fox hit the BH90210 reboot, and Harper Tracy on ER. She has also appeared in recurring roles on China Beach, In the Heat of the Night, and Tell Me You Love Me. Among her other film roles are Abel Ferrara’s Body Snatchers and two films starring Viggo Mortensen: Vanishing Point and Boiling Point

She maintains an irreverent, vegan cooking channel on Youtube called Delightful Delicious Delovely - found at www.VideoVegan.com. The accompanying food blog is called www.DelightfulDeliciousDelovely.com for which she has provided recipes, photographs and sometimes shares details of the triumphs and, more frequently, the humiliations of her own life since July 2012. 

Bathing & the Single Girl, inspired by her short film of the same name, is her debut novel. As a writer, she has written three episodes of Beverly Hills, 90210 as well as characters and storylines for the series, a pilot that was optioned by Aaron Spelling. Her directorial debut, Bathing & the Single Girl, was accepted into over 100 film festivals and won 20 awards. She was on the selection committee of Michigan’s Waterfront Film Festival from its inception in 1999 until 2014. She was co-director of the Victoria Texas Independent Film Festival, programmed for the Self-Medicated Film Festival and The Lady Filmmakers Film Festival, and has consulted & judged for many others. 

She has a great passion for photography and has shown her pin-up and decaying Americana imagery in the United States & Paris.
