In 1981, Sam Raimi released The Evil Dead. The plot was simple: while on a weekend getaway at a cabin in the woods, a group of friends unwittingly unleash demons by reading from the "Book of the Dead." Unsuspecting audiences were terrified beyond their weirdest nightmares, and loved every excruciating minute.

Six years later, we return to that same cabin in Evil Dead II. This time, Raimi raises the bar for gore while wielding every camera trick and special effect in his arsenal. With this devilishly entertaining spoof/sequel, the director pens a cinematic love letter to horror and B-movies, and signs it in blood...lots of blood.

Bruce Campbell reprises his iconic and career-making role as Ash, demonic zombie-fighting hero and part-time S-Mart cashier. Be there as the Necronomicon Ex Mortis unleashes an evil that threatens to possess anyone with a pulse...again.
