About The Film:

Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro adapts Mary Shelley’s classic tale of Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but egotistical scientist who brings a creature to life in a monstrous experiment that ultimately leads to the undoing of both the creator and his tragic creation.

About Dr. Stefan G. Tullius:

Dr. Stefan G. Tullius is the Joseph E. Murray, MD Chair in Transplant Surgery and Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School. He is Program Director of Transplant Surgery and Director of the Transplant Surgery Research Laboratory at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston. Dr. Tullius is also Editor-in-Chief of the Transplantation journals and (Past) Vice-President of The Transplantation Society. His research focuses on improving transplant outcomes by studying how organs can be protected, repaired, and rejuvenated.  He has also contributed with pioneering work in face, hand and uterus transplantation. Among his many recognitions, Dr. Tullius lists an honorary membership in the French Academie Nationale de Medicine and an Honorary Doctorate from the Gothenburg University, Sweden.
