Originally released in May 2003, Daft Punk & Leiji Matsumoto’s Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem was written by Thomas Bangalter, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Cédric Hervet, directed by Kazuhisa Takenouchi and supervised by the legendary Leiji Matsumoto.

Interstella 5555 tells the story of the abduction of an alien music band by an evil human character who has dark plans. The hour-long film was cut into music videos to accompany Daft Punk’s album Discovery, and is rare to see in its original form in cinemas.

The film will be immediately followed by a curated selection of iconic Daft Punk videos from directors including Spike Jonze, Michel Gondry, Seb Janiak, Roman Coppola, and Warren Fu.

Please note: Daft Punk & Leiji Matsumoto’s Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem contains sequences of flashing lights which might affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
