Seminar: Jennifer's Body
Film critic Jordan Crucchiola leads this virtual seminar on Karyn Kusama's contemporary cult favorite.
How will this work?
When you register for this virtual education seminar, the program will be presented in three parts.
At least one week before the seminar, you'll receive an email with a link to watch a pre-taped lecture, to view before the film at your convenience. Please make sure to check your spam folder for this link before emailing our support team.
Then, you can go off and watch the film on your own. Please note, the Coolidge is not able to provide the film ourselves, but you can find out where to rent and/or stream it here.
Make sure you watch the film before the discussion, which will take place on Thursday, October 8 at 8pm EST over Zoom. Before the discussion, you can submit questions for the instructor here. You'll also have the opportunity to submit questions during the discussion!

About the Speaker
Jordan Crucchiola is a writer and independent producer living in Los Angeles. A pop culture generalist who finds as much value in works like Pretty Little Liars as she does in the films of artistic titans such as Ingmar Bergman, Jordan has devoted most of her working life — which includes that 13-year stint as a professional journalist at WIRED and New York Magazine — specializing in horror and genre cinema. You may know her from the "55 Essential Queer Horror Films" reference guide or "The 100 Scares That Shaped Horror" on Vulture, or from her passionate advocacy about the need to reappraise the millennium era of horror, which has so much more critical value than its given credit for. She is also, unofficially, America's foremost Jennifer's Body scholar.
