WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Staff health and safety measures
Protective barriers, wellness assessments, and PPE for all staff
  • Scheduling & capacities
We will be hosting only one rental at a time, and limiting all group sizes
  • Cleaning procedures
Ongoing professional deep clean service provided by Cintas and extra staff time for enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of our theatres, restrooms, and common areas
  • Contact tracing
All guests will be asked to sign in upon entering the building
  • Sanitizer on site
Hand sanitizer stations available throughout our theatre
  • Masks required
Masks that cover mouth and nose must be worn at all times by guests and staff, except when consuming concessions during your rental
  • Upgraded air filtration
We’ve upgraded our HVAC with high MERV-rated filters and new, state-of-the-art Continuous Infectious Microbial Reduction (CIMR) Systems technology. These new systems dramatically increase our air quality and filtration capabilities.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

  • Stay home if sick or possibly exposed
Please help us maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff by staying home if: you have any Covid-19 symptoms, have been in contact with anyone known to have been exposed to or tested positive for Covid-19 or have traveled out of state within the past two weeks
  • Maintain social distance
Please maintain 6 feet of social distance in all common areas. Inside the theatres, you may only sit in the designated, socially distant seats made available
  • Practice health habits
Wash your hands per posted CDC guidelines and use hand sanitizer when you can’t use soap and water
  • Go before you go
Reduce bathroom traffic by using the restroom before you leave home

Please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@coolidge.org if we can provide any further assistance before, during, or after your visit.
