20th Halloween Horror Marathon with Alan Howarth Live

12hrs
Body

Just when you thought it was safe to go trick or treating... the Halloween Horror Marathon returns for a monstrous 20th show!

We’re thrilled (and chilled) to announce that composer Alan Howarth (They Live, Halloween II) will open the night with a performance of his legendary scores starting at 11pm. After the concert, the horrors continue with 12 terrifying hours of our favorite sequels on the big screen—all on 35mm!

The carnage commences with horror’s most audacious follow-up, Halloween III: Season of the Witch, introduced by Howarth. The shocks continue with history's very first horror sequel, The Bride of Frankenstein! From there, you’ll spend all night with some of the greatest, underrated, overlooked, and misunderstood continuations in the history of the genre. Seven sequels in all to keep you scared from midnight until noon on All Hallows Eve!

Plus an exhibition of Mister Reusch’s Halloween Horror Marathon show posters in the Coolidge lobby, prizes for best costume*, tricks and treats, trailers from the crypt, and more!

Alan Howarth’s performance is presented by Limelight Magazine.

*Note: the costume contest will take place following the first film of the night.
