The Coolidge Corner Theatre Foundation ("the foundation") collects certain personal information (such as names and email addresses) when you register on our website. This information is kept confidential, and is used only by the foundation. It is not sold or shared with any third parties. This information is used to provide you with the services you have requested, and to tailor such services to meet the needs of our customers. Certain services, such as ticket purchases, employ the use of cookies to effectively complete the transaction.
Most of the information we may request is purely voluntary, such as demographics. They are used to analyze our current, as well as reach out to new, customer bases. As a community based theatre, it is important that we understand the community's needs so that we may address and serve those needs.

All financial transactions on coolidge.org are highly encrypted,
using the latest 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions, and the strongest encryption methods and security protocols available.


Return Policies

Please observe the following policies. We are here to serve you, so if you have a question regarding these policies, or have an issue which falls outside of these policies, please contact the foundation offices at (617) 734-2501 ext. 2, and we will try to address your problem.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you have a problem with a ticket, or cannot attend a show you have purchased tickets for, you MUST contact the box office BY THE DAY OF THE SHOW. The following day, all unredeemed tickets are cleared from the system.
