Each month, local T-shirt impresario Johnny Cupcakes emerges from his super secret T-shirt laboratory to screen some of his all-time favorite childhood movies here on the Coolidge's GIANT screen. Not only is Mr. Cupcakes himself here in person to host and inspire movie-related mischief, he also comes armed with groovy limited edition Tees to sell that are made just for each show -- get 'em while they're hot!

THE WIZARD

Jimmy Woods is a master of all things 16 bit. When his parents begin divorce proceedings and threaten to split Jimmy up from his older brother Corey (Fred Savage), the brothers hit the road to enter Jimmy in the mother of all video game competitions: Video Armageddon. Along the way they pick up their friend Haley (Jenny Lewis) and proceed to hitch-hike to Los Angeles so Jimmy can be crowned the video game Wizard. While heading across the country the friends must dodge parents, hired goons, Christian Slater and other perils as the brothers attempt to stay together. Slip on your Power Gloves and join us at the Coolidge for a night of Nintendo nostalgia served up by Mr. Cupcakes himself. And, oh yes, a few lucky contestants will go head to head for video game glory on the Coolidge's big screen!
